Title from leaf 2a, line 13.
Physical description: 16 lines per page; written in small, neat naskh in black on cream glazed, laid Arabic paper. Text framed in blue and gold. Rubrication and catchwords; a few marginal notes. Light staining; first leaf detached.
Origin: According to Mach, likely 16th century. Copied by Ḥusayn ibn Manṣūr al-Sabzawārī (leaf 81b).
Incipit (first faṣl): فصل العبادة کل فعل مشروع لا يجري الا بنية التعظيم
