Summary note
Short treatise on theodicy, discussing Ghazzālī's best of all possible worlds, expressed in his statement "Laysa fī al-imkān abdaʻ mimmā kān". The text is followed on fol. 10b by an excerpt from the Fatwas of Abū al-Faḍl ibn Ḥajar [al-ʻAsqalānī, d. 1449].

Title from title page (fol. 1a). The same title appears in the preamble (fol. 1b, l. 16).
25 lines per page. Written in medium small naskh in black ink with use of red. European glazed paper with watermark. Worm-eaten (particularly in the inner margin, with loss of text).
Date "1050" written in another ink at the end of the text (fol. 10a).
Collation: Paper, fol. 10 ; 1¹⁰ ; catchword on the verso of each leaf.
